Using our PayPal
Shopping Cart
Pittsburgh Alternative Health has
teamed up with PayPal to provide you with a secure shopping cart
and checkout. You do NOT need to
be a PayPal member and you don't need to join PayPal to use our
shopping cart and checkout. You will have the
advantage of using the web's premier payment clearing house, knowing
that your personal information is safe and secure. Your credit
card information is kept secure by PayPal and is NOT transmitted
to Pittsburgh Alternative Health.
Please note: When you add an item to the shopping cart,
PayPal will open a new browser window. You can checkout at this
point, or you can continue shopping by minimizing or closing this
window without losing your order. The window will pop up
to the top with each item you add, or when you click the Check
Out button from the catalog page.

Shipping
Your Online Order We endeavor to ship your
online order complete no later than the next business
day after it is received. In many cases, if your
order is placed by Noon, eastern time, it will ship
the same day.

and Handling Fees All orders from our website
have shipping and handling charges applied as shown
above.

Orders
to US Addresses Outside the Lower 48 States
Shipments to AK, HI, Puerto Rico and other US addresses
outside the lower 48 States may have additional shipping
and handling fees added. Please contact office@pittsburghalternativehealth.com
before placing your order. In many cases, additional fees will
NOT be required.

Orders
to Foreign Addresses IN general we ship to
the lower 48 states. If you wish to ship an order out
of the US, please contact office@pittsburghalternativehealth.com
before placing your order.

Out of
Stock Items
If we are out of stock of an item you asked for, and
we expect the item to be back in stock within a short
time we will contact you via email. If we don't
expect the item in a reasonable time, we will notify
you via email and promptly refund the purchase and shipping
price.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped out side of Pennsylvania are
TAX EXEMPT. Orders shipped to addresses in PA
will have sales tax charged on the order total, including
shipping and handling. Note that the Shopping Cart will
assess 7% sales tax. If your local sales tax is
more, we will cover the difference for you.

Returns
If we have shipped the wrong merchandise, please call
us at 412-563-1600 or e-mail office@pittsburghalternativehealth.com
and we will make it right for you.
If you ordered an incorrect item and wish to return
it, please note the following:

All requests
for returns must be made within 30 days of invoice
date. Refrigerated items cannot be returned.

Materials
must be returned with the original packaging and
all items must be in new, unused condition.

We are
unable to accept returns on special orders

Please
call or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number
before returning items so we can handle your request
more efficiently.

Shipping
and handling fees are not refunded (unless the return
was due to our error) and any additional shipping
and handling required for replacement merchandise
(again, unless it is our error) will be added.

Please
include a note letting us know your
Invoice Number and how you wish to have
us handle the return. If payment was originally
made through our Secure Shopping Cart, refunds will
be handled through PayPal with credit applied to
the account used originally.

Returns
that are not due to any error on our part may be
subject to a 15% restocking charge.

What
credit cards can I use?
Our Secure Shopping Cart accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover
and American Express credit cards as well as direct debit
to your checking account using E-Checks. The Check Out process
will include verifying your credit card billing address,
helping to prevent credit card fraud.
What if I'm NOT a PayPal Member? Will I have to sign
up with them?
You do NOT need to be a PayPal member to use our Secure
Shopping Cart. Anyone with a credit card or checking
account can shop on line at Pittsburgh Alternative Health. After you have completed
your check out on the secure server, PayPal will ask if
you wish to become a member. You have the advantage
of never having to re-enter your personal information again
if you do become a member, but this is strictly optional.
What
if you are out of an item I ordered?
If we are out of stock on an item you've ordered, we will:
(a) Backorder the item if we expect it back in stock
shortly AND the value is $20 or more. There is no
further shipping and handling fee. You may cancel
the backorder if you need to and we will promptly refund
any amount due you.
(b) If we don't expect the item for some time (generally
two weeks or more) we will ship your order without that
item. We will immediately refund your money for that item
through PayPal. Please include the item on your next order.
What information
does PayPal forward to Pittsburgh Alternative Health?
PayPal sends us only the information we need to fill your
order. Your name, address, e-mail address, phone number
(if you filled in that blank), the materials you've ordered
and the amount they charged to your credit card. They
do NOT send your credit card or any other personal info
to us.
We enter your name and address into our database and may,
on occasion, send you mailings (via postal service or e-mail)
to let you know of new products or promotions. You
may opt out at any time. We do NOT solicit by phone
and the only time we would use your phone number would be
to call if there was a question about your order.
No part of your personal information
is ever shared with any other party.
Can
I call you and place my order?
Yes, you certainly can.
Pittsburgh Alternative Healths accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover and debit credit
cards over the phone. Our friendly and experienced
sales staff will be happy to take your order and help you
