You can also print out a detailed description of how to perform an exercise with pictures to give you guidance. No exercise machines are required, although we do suggest that you have a small set of hand weights and an exercise ball.
Q: How do I know what to eat while on a Lifestyle Innovations Plan?
A: Lifestyle Innovations allows you to chart your weekly meal plan using recipes designed to fit your condition and/or weight loss goals. All recipes can be printed (as can your weekly chart) and many offer video instruction by a registered dietician. During these videos, you’ll not only receive tips on how to make your meal, but also learn why certain aspects of that meal are helpful to you.
Q: Do I have to buy meals through Lifestyle Innovations?
A: No. Lifestyle Innovations does not offer packaged meals. We do, however, suggest that when grocery shopping you buy organic items. We also offer an easy way to generate your shopping list from your weekly meal chart.

A: Lifestyle Innovations determines this by your Basal Metabolic Rate. Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the number of calories your body burns at rest to maintain normal body functions. It is the amount of calories per day your body burns, regardless of exercise. It changes with age, weight, height, gender, diet and exercise habits.
