She was introduced to the art while living in Santa Monica, CA with a group of yoga practitioners known as "Sikhs." These yogis believed that foot reflexology is an antidote to insomnia. Lorelei began practicing with enjoyment and success. In 2006, she completed a two-year program and earned her certification in foot reflexology from the Universal College of Reflexology in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Her belief in reflexology has evolved to now include the art as a powerful holistic complementary health therapy. Lorelei has seen positive healing in clients suffering from many conditions including diabetes, sinus infection, stroke, plantar fasciitis, back/neck/hip pain, and depression.
