Deirdre Pollak is a graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute, where she graduated with High Honors and was awarded Outstanding Student in Therapeutic Massage. In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist Deirdre is also a Registered Nurse and E.M.T.-Paramedic, and Esthetician with over 30 years of healthcare experience. Deirdre has worked with all ages from newborns to geriatrics, special needs individuals, and has experience ranging from critical care to home health. Deirdre welcomes any kind of muscular challenge with a focus on therapeutic massage for releasing tension and trigger points. She also offers prenatal, hot stone, or deep tissue massage in addition to hand/foot reflexology and added aromatherapy for both physical and mental/emotional well being.
